Ramón Lopez

Platform President
  • Prior to joining Claim Assist Solutions, Ramón was the acting Head of Claims at USAA
  • Began USAA as an adjuster, and held former roles such as VP of Claims Operations and VP of Auto Claims Operations
  • Led a team of 4,700 claims professionals during his time at USAA as well as starting up and leading the Claims Innovation team
  • Holds a BA from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and represented USAA on the board of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Sid Carr

Chief Strategy Officer
  • 20 years of management consulting experience, including a focus on the Financial Institutions Industry
  • Joined Claim Assist Solutions in 2012 and drove unprecedented growth as Claim Assist Solutions’ president to include over 400 desk adjusters serving several marquee insurance companies
  • Currently responsible for daily operations and continuous business process enhancements
